Il colloquio se è diviso in due fasi la prima è stato un colloquio di gruppo e individuale. Mi avevano detto che mi avrebbero risposto dopo una massimo due settimane invece, si sono fatti vivi dopo un mese e mezzo , Ho fatto il colloquio tecnico con esito positivo dovevano contattarmi dato che il manager con cui ho fatto il colloquio tecnico aveva detto che aveva contattato avrebbe contattato l'HR, no si sono fatti più sentire. Colloquio
Very simple, standard interview, focusing on project management skills and style. I was interviewed by 2 team members at the first interview and them the Director at the second interview. All in all pretty standard.
Foi um entrevista minimamente estranha, com perguntas um tanto agressivas, onde o entrevistador usou termos como crucificar alguem com baixa performance e expor para o time, criando assim um ambiente de medo para alcançar oa objetivos traçados, pela coação.

It was easy going, friendly interview with a recruiter based in Brussels. Unfortunately since the beginning he mentioned that thinks I am overqualified because the job title was unclear that is for a junior position, hence I liked the transparency.
