It was really straight forward. They want to know how you would investigate specific complaints from a client. How would you deal with a noisy client? How do you balance out your work loads?

How would you address a client complaint that the help desk isn't performing to their standards?
Total of two rounds - simple technical and detailed technical
First round was done by a senior resource and second round was by project manager
Questions were mostly straight regarding the Test management, defect management
Since I was interviewed for service now tool, they asked lot of functional questions related to snow

Colloquio
I had to go through 3 rounds of interview, each being held approx after a gap of 25-30 days. The first round was telephonic and basics of testing. The second round was also telephonic but conducted in their office premises and connected to the office at Hyderabad. The third was a managerial round where apart from technical the person also negotiated for my salary and location preference.
