The interview process was really long. I was first contacted by the HR at the end of January, then got a technical interview at 2/8. Then I they gave me a technical challenge and I needed to submit the results within 7 days. After they evaluated the results, I got another interview for asking questions about the technical challenge. Then they gave me technical paper and asked me to give a presentation about the paper. After that, I talked to a director for the position and the potential project. Then the director and HR told me they would schedule a meeting with their client which never happened because they didn't get the project from the client. The whole process lasted for 2 months and I felt I was their free labor.

Colloquio di gruppo, abbiamo svolto prima dei giochini, sia di gruppo che individuali. Poi ci hanno fatto delle domande individualmente. Il colloquio è semplice, ma non sono stato ricontattato per un secondo meeting

"Me sentí muy cómodo durante toda la conversación. Creo que hubo una conexión muy buena con el equipo y pudimos profundizar en cómo mi visión de la logística encaja con la metodología de NTT DATA. Me gustó especialmente poder discutir la transición hacia operaciones ágiles y flexibles, ya que es un área donde me siento muy seguro y capacitado. Salí con la sensación de que mi perfil puede aportar mucho valor al equipo desde el primer día
Varias entrevistas y tuve que hacer una Prueba técnica requerida seguida de una entrevista para hacer la defensa de la prueba técnica y al final entrevista con el jefe y ya con recursos humanos
