The interview process was quite unusual and honestly a bit confusing. Initially, I was interviewed for one team. Then, a different HR representative contacted me for the same position, but for another team. A few months later—around two to three months, yet another HR person reached out to me again, still for the same role. It felt like there was little to no internal coordination, which was surprising. I even had to tell them that I had already been interviewed previously, and they were unaware of it. The last time they contacted me, they said it was for yet another team. I agreed to move forward, but after that, I never heard back from them no feedback, no follow-up, not even a rejection email. The whole process took a long time and left me with a negative impression. Not receiving any response after putting in time and effort is disappointing and, in my opinion, unprofessional.
