The interview process was actually very good. The job also sounded really interesting, and the team were lovely. They were really keen (as was I), but I actually pulled out of the process before the final round, because the salary they were offering was a lot (lot) less than what I am currently on at the same level at another consultancy. It's less than I was on 6 years ago even (when I was clearly more junior).
