It was 95% of her talking and she gave room for me to ask any questions. The salary is only $55,000 with 10% bonus potential. No budge on the salary. I was interested until that was mentioned since it’s only slightly higher than what I’m currently making right now. It is a very research heavy role and project based and rarely involves being on the phone. They include dental, vision, medical, unlimited PTO and your birthday off.
