I spoke to about 6 of my would-be peers, and then flew out to HQ for interviews with leadership team. I wish there was a bit more communication throughout the process, but schedules are hard to clear at a fast-paced company at times.

Saw the posting on linkedin and applied. The TA called up after a week and setup the first round with the hiring manager, subsequently, there were 7 other calls over the next 3 months with the panel from China, US, 3 senior VP's, 2 Senior directors, 2 directors. The panel was just awesome and they were an amazing bunch. The Senior VP's and the directors were extremely professional and just awesome.
