Very straightforward. Be prepared to answer some basic troubleshooting and communications questions and don't over think it. You will be trained on the equipment you will be working on, they're more looking for general technical knowledge.

Applied end of December. Received invite for interview mid January and interviewed end of January. Reference check in the following days and a preliminary offer around a week after that.
