There's 2 sides of interview. The first one is observation where they explain and present about the company. You'll be put in a group and the interviewer would ask you to introduce ypurself, make small chats and proceed with company overview. Explanations are simple and not as fully fleshed out, but , do not depends on the presentation itself because there's always something that they would not tell fully. Second one is the one-on-one interview. Its a normal interview. Kindly prepare all of the questions needed, make sure to fleshed out your questions, ask about income rate, actual comission rate, claims, etc.
