Recruiter and manager were very friendly and communicative. The phone screen and the follow up took about a week and the personal interview was setup a week later and the results took another week. The interview involved 11 people and was a panel interview in groups of 2, for over 4-5hrs. The team was very friendly and I had to decline the offer for personal reasons but it was a very good team to work with.

Your work experience in latest technology, design process, tools used, issues seen and how they were resolved
They asked me mainly about my past projects and to go over the design flow specific to these projects. Then, they asked me what-if questions within the projects itself. After that, they asked me to explain the routing process in detail.

What were the different kinds of timing violations you faced and how did you resolve them?

Interview for 3yrs of experience was of 3 rounds and they asked concepts of timing and SI. First Interview was basic VLSI questions. Second Interview they asked clock related questions in which they asked clock related commands as well. Third interview was taken by US manager and he asked TCL related commands.

Very friendly interview felt welcome and very supportive HR. The interview was setup on correct terms and i was given plenty of time to prepare The interview time was also rearranged based on my arability Clarification of job description and responsibilities was really good and most of the question were answered in first interview
