The overall process included an MCQ test followed by Technical Interview rounds depending on the position for which it was to be hired, then an HR round. The overall cumulative performance of candidate was taken into consideration for shortlisting of candidates. The fundamentals of the candidate were expected to be very strong.

HR Round – This was more about evaluating my personality, communication skills, and cultural fit. The discussion included my interests, career goals, and alignment with the company’s values.

Erstes Gespräch war kennenlernen, Das zweite war technisch orientiert mit einer kleinen coding aufgabe am ende. Vor dem dritten Gespräch musste ich ein paper lesen und dann mit dem Team analysieren
