Telephone call with the hiring manager, an invitation to meet 1:1, followed by small group interviews. Repeatedly they would schedule an interview and not be available when I arrived. Since their location was convenient, I played along. They repeatedly wasted my time by not showing up for meetings they scheduled with me. Ultimately, I let them know the company culture is unacceptable.
