Interview process(as of my experience)
1.First round is of written test
2.Next is face to face interview
3.If the candidate performs exceptionally well in 2nd,then he/she might get selected
4.Else if it is average.he/she might be given one more chance by considering him/her for the next round.
5.Recruiters will take too much time to announce results,in fact the candidates cannot be able to contact those recruiters(neither email nor phone) unless they decide to contact job seekers.
eg:I had given interview for internship position on 4th august but till now no results revealed.
I tried to contact them through mail and phone(mentioned in the email which was sent by the recruiters) but no response from them.

Technical Round – This focused on assessing my problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and understanding of core concepts. I was asked questions related to my projects, programming, and domain knowledge.
HR Round – This was more about evaluating my personality, communication skills, and cultural fit. The discussion included my interests, career goals, and alignment with the company’s values.

3 vorstellungsgespräche, die ganz flüssig gelaufen sind. Gute und klare Fragen, freundliche art, und job relevant. Erstes Gespräch war kennenlernen, Das zweite war technisch orientiert mit einer kleinen coding aufgabe am ende. Vor dem dritten Gespräch musste ich ein paper lesen und dann mit dem Team analysieren
