First they will gave us an aptitude test for 40min. Then after one and a half hours time, the result published and I was not selected. Even though I feel sad in missing such an oppertunity, I got a great experience.

Now that I am placed in Freescale - NXP Semiconductors, I think I should answer it now from my personal experience.
FS came for the profile of Design Engineer. I expected it to be a mix of both Analog & Digital because of the respective specialities of the two companies(which are merged now).
I would try my best to mention each specific detail I can(even some of the conversations with interviewer).
