Very straightforward. Phone screening then in-person interview (about 1hr).Phone conversation mainly to explain what they do and to see if you have questions. Then they ask you to come in. If you pass the second interview (with a group of managers and later with the Director) then HR processing begins, which can take up to 2 months due to background checks and corroboration of the information on the resume.
