Super easy interview. Joe asked me to come in the next day to get a second interview then hired me on the spot. He didn't ask any questions to see if I was qualified for the job, clearly that didn't matter.

Had applied to a marketing internship through LinkedIn and got a call the next day at 9 am. Had a unexpected phone interview and was asked to schedule an in person interview the next day. Went into the office and the lobby was rather full of people. Went into the office of said “head of the office” and spoke about him looking for “full time employees” but I thought I was doing an internship? Proceeded to speak about large salaries people have attained by working at said offices but reminded me far too much of Primerica (pyramid marketing); I will not be accepting any offers.
