It is a formal interview - questions about situations and experiences. The overall process took about 30 minutes.

Had to go through multiple channels and 3 different people. From 1st interview to hiring was a three month process. They were either remote through zoom and the initial interview was via telephone. The process was barely 15 minutes each interview.
