Very straight forward, transparent and clear on the duties that were required to fulfill the department vision. It was a multiple interview process, while meeting with HR, three departmental manager and also lead staff members.

I interview with one enginner and leader. There are three rounds of interviews. I just finished the first two round, the process are smooth and great experience. The last round will be interview with the lead professor of the department.
