Had two 30 minute video interviews on Webex. One with my direct manager and one with the vice president of the area I work for. Had to submit resume, online application, and references before I got an official offer.

Overall I was interviewed four times. The first time I went in I was interviewed by the internship coordinator who worked in HR and the talent acquisition supervisor. Both interviews went well and I got a second call back. In the second interview I was interviewed by two different departments, both who have never interviewed someone before- had no answers to my questions. The interview questions were dry and read off a piece of paper. After FOUR interviews, I never heard back. Found this very rude and inconsiderate. An email saying I did not get the position would have been better than nothing. I spent a lot of time commuting to these interviews. Would of at least like some criticism back.
