multi step process, really sharp employees who ask data driven questions. 4-5 steps met with everyone from the team all the way through the VP of the organization. In total took about 3.5 weeks to start/end the interview process before getting an offer.

Annoying Post Application Survey for every Job Posting that you submit for. 3 Stage interview with initial HR screening call. Very Clear communication and straightforward process. Hiring Manager, colleaugues, Department Head for final interview and sign off.

1 screening interview with HR plus 4 up the chain of command in the department. Process took about a little over month, and each interview was about a week to a week and a half apart. Made it to the end with reference checks, only to go about 3 weeks after that of being told by HR a decision was being made.
I appreciated the thoroughness of the interview process and getting to know everyone. Seems like a great place to work. I did appreciate the promptness of scheduling each interview.
But to go through all that to get ghosted in the end? Demoralizing.
I would have thought better of NYU Langone
