You need a decent GRE or GMAT score (at least 90th percentile for GRE), coupled with some decent references from the people in the field in order to get the hiring folks interested. It will be good to have on-going research or working papers to showcase your ability to perform research. Some display of analytical skills will be a bonus.

It was pretty fair. Had to email and got the process scheduled. Was very competitive tho and applied within minutes. Very grateful for this position and it was a really good interview experience.
