Applied online after receiving an employment announcement from career advisor. Invited to interview approximately 3 days later the following week with senior research leader. Simple case-style questions to assess analytical thinking and previous employment experience. Office seemed a bit disorganized once I probed a bit about the work style (i.e. adhoc).

The interview proceeded very smoothly from beginning to end. Created a relaxed atmosphere where conversation flowed naturally. Rather than focusing on technical skills or experience, they primarily concentrated on your ability to manage the various responsibilities of the position.

The process was very short and easy through the Office of Student Life in Florence. I had an in-person interview after submitting answers to questions on a Google form. The administrators were very nice.
