Lengthy. I did a phone screen followed by 3 in-person interviews spread over 3 weeks. All three of the interviews were group interviews. I began meeting with Assistant Dean and Director of my Department before meeting my eventual team and lastly meeting 2 other Assistant Deans and another Director.
