I applied and was contacted by the hiring team a few days later for a phone interview. They were professional and overall pleasant people. The phone interview was with the associate and senior assistant directors and took about twenty minutes. They asked some hypothetical situations and about overall work style. I was invited for an onsite interview with the rest of the team. The questions were not very difficult but not all of them seemed engaged. There were a lot more hypothetical questions the second time around. About a month later I was contacted and told that I would not be moving forward.
