Participated in a phone interview with HR. Was a pleasant experience, asked basic questions and shared more about the role. However, did not receive a follow-up on my application. I had to reach out and then months later was given an update.

poor communication during the process. I had to follow up multiple times. Then i got the automated email a few months after. Only made it to first round. Overall, interview approach could use improvement.
