I recently had the misfortune of applying for a position at Nakar Design, an experience that left me thoroughly disillusioned and frustrated. On the day of the scheduled interview, the representative from HR simply did not show up. No explanations, no apologies, just a glaring absence. Perplexed, I reached out via email to inquire about the missed appointment. My first email went unanswered, so I sent a follow-up. The response I eventually received was baffling – they claimed to have sent me an email, which I never received. I found this excuse highly implausible and frankly unprofessional. Determined to give them another chance, I attempted to reschedule the interview. My attempts were in vain as no interview was ever arranged. Months later, I noticed the same position being advertised again. Despite my previous experience, I decided to apply once more, hoping for a different outcome. We exchanged a few emails regarding the job requirements, and I provided detailed responses to their queries. To my dismay, after my responses, there was nothing but silence. They completely ghosted me, failing to follow up or arrange an interview. This pattern of unprofessional behavior repeated itself, leaving me with not one but two negative experiences with Nakar Design. In summary, my encounters with Nakar Design have been marred by a lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and a glaring absence of professionalism. This company’s approach to recruitment is disorganized and disrespectful to potential candidates. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering applying here.
