Was very nice. Asked some personal questions and that was it. They want to learn about one's confidence, experience in graduation and perspective . The questions were nice and the whole process felt like a conversation more than an interview. The other employees were also helpfy

Colloquio
One aptitude test and an interview was held. The interview was easy. Aptitude test was quite difficult. There were several segment in that test such as basic maths,excel, negotiations,problem solving etc.
After preliminary selection, 1 or 2 short viva sessions. I was free to talk in Bangla. The head of HR, my division head, and another head were present in the meeting. They've gone through the CV. visited my projects on GitHub etc., and asked lots of various questions.
