Pathetic experience. I recently appeared in an interview. 12 minutes of IQ test followed by 45 minutes of QA test which took 6 hours long waiting time before the final interview. HR guys were too slow to start the process. There were hardly 20-25 candidates & I guess they were having only 1 interviewer who seemed to be tired, frustrated & not interested at all in taking interviewes. Asked only 3-4 questions to me, I answered all correctly. HR said that they will share feedback by next day. I got a negative feedback mail next day without mentioning any reason. Why you guys invite the candidates for interview & waste their time when you can't afford that much of salary package to him or her. It's not a good practice to reject the candidates based on their expected salary & then provide a false feedback. Advise for HR: 1. Value others time. 2. Modify your process of inviting candidates for interview. Shortlist candidates based on their expected salary & then send them invite. Stop wasting everyone's time. 3. Povide the genuine feedback. 4. Improve your interview process.
