Last year Nagarro interviewed me - 1st Round easy functional testing + SQL Query related questions. Which went really good and I was expecting a call back soon. No one from Nagarro got back to me. I tried reaching recruiter multiple times with no luck. This year (2021) - Recruiter called me again from Nagarro , I told her my past experience with organization ans she promised me give feedback. 1st Round - Functional testing + DB questions Got selected for second round which was from one of the directors from Austria. All practical resume related questions. Which went very well and he told me that i will get contacted very soon. No call from anyone from Nagarro after the second round. I called recruiting HR multiple times and heard different reasons like - we are still interviewing more candidates. Today after 2 weeks when I called here back she told me that they are looking for more junior resource. I mean you had my resume in front of you from day 1 and now suddenly you realized that I am overqualified. PS - I am not using anybody's name here purposefully.

My experience was good. staff was supportive and friendly. First was IQ test followed by QA test and then interview. Time given for IQ is very very less. thanks for the support HR team
