I would like to share my feedback regarding the recent interview process held at Vatika Business Centre. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unorganized and disappointing. Firstly, all shortlisted candidates received an interview invite stating the venue and a time slot of 9 AM to 1 PM. However, upon arrival at 8:30 AM, I noticed that neither the HR representatives nor the interview panel—who had traveled from Gurgaon—had arrived. As a result, the online test, which was supposed to be conducted earlier, only started at 12 PM. Additionally, there was no prior communication regarding the test format, which included a 1 hour 30 minutes aptitude, coding, and technical assessment. Attempts to reach HR for clarification went unanswered. After completing the test at 1:30 PM, we inquired about the next steps and were told that the process would take another 1-2 hours. Despite waiting for several hours, there was no proper coordination, and no one checked on the candidates regarding lunch or basic convenience. The lack of communication made the entire process highly unprofessional. After continuously following up, I was given an interview slot for 6 PM, but the interviewer was still occupied with other candidates due to overlapping time slots. My interview eventually took place at 7:45 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant. The interviewer displayed unprofessional behavior, eating snacks during the session and making dismissive remarks. Even when I provided correct answers, he seemed uninterested and attempted to discredit them. It felt as though the selection had already been predetermined, making the entire process unfair. I strongly urge the management to take action to improve the interview experience. Candidates invest significant time and effort in these processes, and such disorganization and unprofessionalism can harm the company’s reputation. Proper communication, scheduling, and respectful treatment of candidates should be a priority. I hope the necessary improvements will be made to ensure a fair and professional interview experience for future candidates.

I got a call from company HR at 9:30 PM and he arranged my IQ test. I was told that I will get the result next day but after few hours I got an email that I have a coding that. Till now there was not communication with me. After coding round HR called and fixed a Technical round of 30 mins. In technical round the Interviewer was not interested in taking interview. He asked a couple of theoretical question and 2 output question. I answered all the questions correctly. He finished that round in 10 mins only after that I have not got any response. I tried to call the HR a couple of times but she hanged the phone.
