General questions about architecture and overall design system understanding.
All three interviewers were respectful, helpfull and understanding. They seemed to know their basics.
The Tech team interaction was fine, however the HR team was a nightmare. They wanted to see ALL my documents (including my offer letter and salary slips) before even telling me a number they'd be comfortable offering me in terms of salary(nothing in writing just to get a verbal communication for the offer). This reeks of deep mistrust and insecure people, especialy from a people ops team . You are literally the HR team, trust PEOPLE that you are going to hire.
Also no stock options. What's the point of working for a small startup, that to a series E startup having been around for more than 13 years and still not a unicorn. I mean if I am taking a bet on you then maybe take on me as well? Were willing to promise things but just not in writing.
Overall seemed like a nice company, but just don't trust their employees at all(which could explain the 5 day work from office policy which in turn alienates good people I suppose).

Just online test is tough, based on Years of experience they are distributing designations. Just prepare for online aptitude test and programming test, Face to Face is not tough
