The Process Started around Sept 2024. An HR contacted me for the opportunity and asked to book an interview the very next day. All 3 rounds were conducted in the same way at very last minute they would ask if we can accommodate. First 2 rounds with Nagarro, there were basic questions about Business Analyst techniques for gathering requirements and writing User Stories. 3rd round was with Client, they ask some behavioural questions such as How Business Analyst manage conflicts and difficult Stakeholders and also since this position require CRM, some basic questions over that as well. I went through until final round, after which the HR sent a generic rejection message like the one that you used to get if rejected during screening process. Worst experience as I accompanied all last minute request for interviews and when asked for a proper feedback the HR couldn’t get it from the hiring person. Overall the interview was easy to average and still they reject you without proper reason. Just Unprofessional, request to company please respect the candidates time as well.

Easy and simple process. Two rounds of interviews ill be conducted. One will be technical and one is generic interview. You will be having a test on mettl and if you pass that then the interview rounds will be conducted.
