First step was HR call to understand background and role alignment. Second step was online aptitude test, once I cleared that there was interview round. Third step, In the interview round, there were 2 interviewers, one was not interested in hiring, he was completely asking questions that were not relevant and already had a mindset of not hiring anyone.

Recruiter asked to remove the headset and removed the background wallpaper (I asked whether they want to see my cloths in the loft ?). This is nasty thing to start with. Then the Senior Director started questing whether I modified the resume to match the requirement. Its the other way, the recruiter reached out to me seeing the my experience and skills matches with the requirement. I worked in Dell for 19 years. So they can verify my employment if had any doubts. Started asking is the first time being interviewed after long and if my experience is genuine or modified my title and experience to match the resume. The position is about the Product Owner, not whether why i am looking outside whether i am impacted or not.
