My interview with Naico couple of years back was a really positive experience. The process was well-structured and transparent from start to finish. It began with an initial screening where we talked about my background and interest in the role, followed by technical and behavioral rounds that gave me a good sense of the kind of work the team is doing. The interviewers were friendly, asked thoughtful questions, and created an environment that felt more like a conversation than a test.

This is a very professional and fair interview process. There will be two or three rounds, and you will receive regular updates about the progress of the interview. That's really a good thing.
