First interview with HR department via telephone. Pressured me to have interview at a time that was inconvenient to me, then took several weeks deciding whether my minimum salary requirements (which were market value) were within their budget. I withdrew from the process in the end as I could not work alongside senior directors who take several weeks to make 1 decision.
