casual, in their house/ office. basically ask about background, basic info, and why you want to work for them. It's a very small company and their office is in their house in Brentwood. At the beginning I thought I got the wrong address...It's not that professional. When I was interviewed, there was another girl (current intern) sitting in the same room with us (cause there is only one room used as an office). There is also a dog in their house...basically it's not a really organized company. but it you are looking for something to do for fun and you are into event planning, go for it

Interview was in the back of her house in an office that had no AC. She did not give much eye contact and was completely engrossed in her computer. She spoke over me and was un-necessarily loud. Asked me the regular questions but mostly talked a mile a minute.
