You sit down with HR and possibly your soon to be manager (2 to 3 people max). They ask you about yourself, explain what you will be doing (showing you usually). Ask you about your experience. You feel comfortable and everything is straightforward. I was not asked any trick or offbeat questions. It usually is not a long process, I was out of there within a half hour.
