The process was simple. I filled an online form and within 24 hours, I received an invitation for an assignment. The assignment was composed of two tasks. In the first task, I was required to present myself, my views & vision for the company, and in the second task, I was asked to prepare a sample client proposal. I finished the assignment and sent it on time, and again within 24 hours, I was invited for an online interview with Nuseir and the other team members. The interview was very friendly, and before we end the call, I was informed that I am now part of the team.

The interview questions themselves were pretty standard, but the interviewer had a really big ego the vibe wasn’t very friendly. From what I learned, most of the decision-making is centralized with CEO and the mgt team, and there seems to be a lot of overtime as well. overall the environment didn’t feel very empowering.
