There was an initial phone screening interview a week after I applied. This was followed by an online zoom interview, then an in-presence interview at the office. Sometimes I was informed I would advance to the next stage of the interview on the same day. From date of application to date of receiving an offer it was almost exactly a month, so quite a fast process. Applications were done through workday, I didn't need to do some kind of IQ or personality test as is common with some other employers.
