Orginally going for markets but spaces filled up so was asked if I wanted to switch to commerical banking. Questions included Why RBS, Why Commerical Banking etc and if you passed this then it was followed by two competency questions. Received confirmation a couple of days later that I had not passed.

Passed situational judgement test, followed by numerical and logical tests. Been invited for a telephone interview which includes questions about the firm and competency based questions. The entire process was very efficient.
