Your first assessment will include ‘Work Scenarios’ which should take around 20-25 minutes. You’ll be given real life work situations to see if you share our values. What’s great about completing this assessment, regardless of the outcome, is that you’ll be sent a personalised feedback report to help with your development. Score well and we’ll take you through to complete either our ‘Reasoning Skills’ (cognitive ability) or ‘Working with Information’ assessment. These will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Once you’ve successfully completed these initial assessments (where applicable), it’s your opportunity to tell us more about you through a recorded video

It was a good process. After the application, the assessment and video interview was next. The assessment questions were fairly easy and the video interview questions were also easy and related to the banks's mission and about myself

Situational judgement, numerical and logical reasoning tests. If you pass then there is a one-way video interview where you film your answers to questions under timed conditions. This was okay as long as you do your research on the company and practice competency questions. Example Q: 'how would you build a relationship with a colleague?'.
If you pass the video interview they might select you for an online assessment centre day which involves: a group activity, a one-on-one roleplay 'meeting' with a manager, and an interview. The first two activities were very intense and involve lots of reading prep so if you need extra time normally it's definitely worth asking them as they will accommodate. The interview mostly consisted of company related and competency based questions, fairly easy and quite short.
