Subjective. Two to three Panay interview. Questions are vague and unrelated. Employer rarely admits to the actually unionized scheduling that will take effect upon employment. Management relies on employees to train you. The manager barely assists you in the process leaving you with little guidance.

It was myself, and 3 people. 2 from catering department and one from Hr. Since it is a bilingual environment, half of it is in English. the other is in french
