Very straightforward process. Got a call from a recruiter who arranged an interview for me. I got there on time, was shown in promptly and we discussed my experience. I noticed they had printed out my CV and took genuine interest in the contents. I heard back promptly from them that they were not offering me the job, but I appreciated the speed.
