Brief phone interview, then was invited to the office for in-person interview. The interview lasted about an hour. There were 4 people from the Board in the room, and 3 or 2 (can't remember exactly) looped in via video conference. They asked questions that I was prepared to answer, however, they were still difficult questions nonetheless.
