The interview was straightforward through a phonecall. The recruiter asked questions in regards to knowledge about eating disorder and mental health. After the interview ended, I received an email about whether or not I was hired.

I applied online through their website and they got back to me within a couple days. They asked me to send my resume and a paragraph explaining why I was interested in NEDA in their first email to me. After that I was asked to set up a phone interview. Most of their emails to me seemed to be automated which I didn't like. Scheduling the interview was done online. They had a lot of days and times when interviews could be scheduled which was nice.
