Applied in campus recruitment. The process of recruitment included resume shortlist based on cgpa. Then a Group discussion round, followed by Psychometric test, which had reasoning and aptitude questions and were not very easy, and finally an interview (technical and HR combined). The interview panel had 4 guys including the design head of nbc.

1- How do you design a machine, which is a new concept altogether, what will be the steps of designing such machine.
2- Explain theories of failure, why do we need them.

Colloquio
It was a basic interview. The first round of the selection process is a written test followed by a Group Discussion and then an interview. The interview was very interactive. All the panel members are very experienced. They expected more core mechanical knowledge.
