Applied online 4/29/2024 and had a brief qualification interview 1 month later. I was invited to a second interview with two staff three weeks later. I thought the interview went well and they told me I would hear from them in two weeks. One month passed and I reached out. They responded that the process can take time. Over two months later I am assuming I have been ghosted. I would have appreciated a brief close out just so that I dont keep wondering. I was excited about the possibility of working at the NFF in this role and am not sure I would apply with them again.

I had three interviews: a 30 min conversation with the supervisor, 30 min phone screening with a hiring manager, and an hour long panel interview. After all of these steps I was informed that I did not make it to the 4th(!!!!!) round of itnerviews.
