The initial interview with the HR representative was great. It was mostly focused on soft skills. The second round interview was much shorter, and focused primarily on more technical skills related to the job.

First round interview. Wasn't filled with tough questions. Recruiter was friendly. Was told I'd know whether or not I'd move to the next round but have not gotten any word days after they were supposedly making the decision.

Given notice for an HR/screening interview via email. Met with interviewer over Zoom. Seemed to go well and she outlined next steps but have not been contacted in several months. Assuming a rejection.
