I applied online in June and was contacted by HR in July to schedule an interview. The interview took place in mid-July and consisted of one panel round with the hiring manager and several engineers. The discussion focused on my background, technical experience, and project work, along with some behavioral questions. The atmosphere was professional and conversational rather than overly formal.
I was notified of the offer in mid-August. The pre-employment process, including the drug test, was completed in early September, and I officially started in October. Overall, the timeline from application to start date was about four months.
Competency Questions:
