They first did a phone interview, to learn about education, background. Then I did a couple of group interviews, two members of the company with 3-4 other applicants. There were two rounds of these interviews. We had a lunch break, and then started the final stage of the interview - some group projects

Very neutral experience in general until they sent you a rejection letter 10 mins in the interview however the interview lasted 40 mins. Please don't waste each other's time and specify no visa provided on your website or do not even schedule the interview.
